meet the executive team
Carlos J. González – Chief Executive Officer
In the past decade, Carlos González has quickly become regarded as a leading expert in developing and managing litigation management and technology solutions. Rising from case manager for a respected boutique New York City law firm, Carlos performed litigation support management for two law firms ranked in the Top 50 of the AmLaw 100.
Carlos is a sought-after lecturer on litigation support and e-discovery. He provides CLE legal educational training to independent and in-house attorneys and has also served on an e-discovery panel of experts. He launched TLXP in April 2007 because he saw a lack of responsiveness, attention and over priced services from current competitors. TLXP was formed to better serve law firms in their ever growing needs in the Electronic Discovery realm.
Cynthia Chan – Chief Operating Officer
Cynthia Chan is a pivotal element in TLXP Corp’s growth strategy and she is particularly well suited for that mission; her career has been a study in success. After tracking all IT projects in Prudential’s corporate IT department, she transitioned to litigation support. There, she managed high visibility patent and trademark cases for high profile clients and was integral in document intensive review and productions.
José L. Vialet – Managing Director
José Vialet is an accomplished electronic discovery professional with over 10 years of experience working for four major international law firms and one global electronic discovery provider. Before joining TLXP Corp as the Managing Director, he served as the Firm-wide Manager of Litigation Technology at an Am LAW 100 firm, where he was directly responsible for the development and implementation of litigation practice support policies and procedures and the overall management of the litigation technology support staff.
Mr. Vialet’s extensive responsibilities, among others, include discovery management and complex litigation consulting with law firms and corporations; counseling enterprises on the impact of the amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) governing electronic discovery; managing personnel; conducting electronic data discovery; coordinating and directing the production of large-scale litigation projects.
