who we are
TLXP Corp traces its roots back several years, when our founders envisioned an opportunity to help law practices and corporations transform the burden of electronic discovery and litigation support services into a comprehensive, streamlined, cost-effective process.
Since our origins, our company has been determined to go far beyond “business as usual”. Our goal is slow controlled growth that enables us to handle large volumes of work through efficiency and organization without the waste.
As legal support specialists we have fine-tuned our process to provide our clients with increased productivity, reduced risk, and significant cost savings through a combination of skilled people and advanced technologies.
By partnering with us and utilizing our powerful technological abilities, our clients are able to regain control of the many hours each day that were formerly devoted to tedious e-discovery and support compliance.

meet the executive team
Carlos J. González – Chief Executive Officer
In the past decade, Carlos González has quickly become regarded as a leading expert in developing and managing litigation management and technology solutions. Rising from case manager for a respected boutique New York City law firm, Carlos performed litigation support management for two law firms ranked in the Top 50 of the AmLaw 100.
Carlos is a sought-after lecturer on litigation support and e-discovery. He provides CLE legal educational training to independent and in-house attorneys and has also served on an e-discovery panel of experts. He launched TLXP in April 2007 because he saw a lack of responsiveness, attention and over priced services from current competitors. TLXP was formed to better serve law firms in their ever growing needs in the Electronic Discovery realm.
Cynthia Chan – Chief Operating Officer
Cynthia Chan is a pivotal element in TLXP Corp’s growth strategy and she is particularly well suited for that mission; her career has been a study in success. After tracking all IT projects in Prudential’s corporate IT department, she transitioned to litigation support. There, she managed high visibility patent and trademark cases for high profile clients and was integral in document intensive review and productions.
